Registration cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, October 10, 2014 by 5:00 PM (PST) to be eligible for a refund, less a $100 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 5:00 PM (PST) on October 10, 2014.
If you are unable to attend, you may substitute a colleague’s name per registration. All substitutions must be received in writing prior to Friday, October 18, 2014. All substitutions are subject to a $75 processing fee.

For substitutions, please provide the following information for the new registrant: Name, Job Title/Position, Work Address, Work Phone Number and Email Address. A registration confirmation will be sent to the new registrant once the substitution is confirmed.
